You'll see that there are far more books listed here for children and young people, books are an excellent way of working with little people who aren't yet developmentally able to access talking therapy which is perhaps why are there are so many good ones out there. Even if you're not so young they're still helpful books as they really capture the essence of what happens for us at times of worry, anxiety or loss.
