Online Counselling ...
Online counselling, sometimes called e-therapy, is an alternative to face-to-face counselling offering individuals the same level of support and confidentiality as face-to-face counselling with the added convenience of fitting in counselling around your other commitments. You will be receiving support in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you choose to access the internet, and in your own time which means that online counselling allows you a greater degree of flexibility, overcoming accessibility difficulties.
Online counselling also offers a greater degree of anonymity, which may appeal to some clients. Some people find communicating online an ideal way of expressing themselves, especially if they do not feel comfortable speaking face-to-face about their difficulties. Online counselling can take the form of video sessions, email exchanges or instant online chat.
If you are unsure as to whether e-counselling is a suitable option for you please get in touch and we can discuss your concerns. The only messages I charge for are my therapeutic emails, I do not make a charge for queries about the suitability of online therapy or questions around the practicalities of online counselling.
Online counselling costs £55 for each session (the same as a face-to-face counselling session)
Once you’ve decided you want to try online counselling, please contact me for an online consultation form so that I can find out a little more about what has brought you to counselling.
